Sylvaine Le Roy-Delage is President of AD-GY Consulting
Passionate about innovation, R&D and energy transition, she is supporting industrial actors (startup, SME, mid-cap companies or major group) to accelerate their development in new solutions/technologies in Energy sector.
She serves as an expert advisor to French and European agencies responsible for innovation.
For six years, she led the “EVOLEN’ UP” startup accelerator, dedicated to the energy ecosystem, and grew its portfolio to 106 deep-tech startups. The goal of this program is to foster industrial partnerships between major corporations and startups or scale-ups. The program also aims to promote open innovation among its sponsors.
She serves as a mentor to startups and as a jury member.
She is board member of Start Industrie. She has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations (SPE France).
She has a strong background in energy services firstly in an international major company and then as entrepreneur with her own consulting company.
Sylvaine has 30 years of experience in Energy. She has managed several complex projects (Tier 1 to 9) from concept to commercialization linked to well integrity, zonal isolation and reservoir fluids. Sylvaine was Department Head and Advisor (SETC) at SLB (Schlumberger) in charge of worldwide support for cementing business line: development of products (chemistry, material), supply chain, service quality, reliability analysis, manufacturing, support of field operations for innovative technologies.
Sylvaine has a PhD degree in petroleum science from IFP School, and also holds Diplome Grande Ecole in Chemical Process from ENSIC Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques.
